Cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions:

We are a small company, so cancellations have a big impact on us, especially when we have had to disappoint other potential guests. We understand that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances, therefore we recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance for their stay at our Casa.

You must inform us of any cancellations in writing (email)

Standard cancellation costs if the booking is completely or partially cancelled. The traveller owes the following cancellation fees:

• in the event of cancellation up to 42 days (exclusive) before the date of departure: 30% of the total amount of the booking; 
• in the event of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) up to the 28th day (exclusive) before the date of departure: 40% of the total amount of the booking;
• in the event of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to the 21st day (exclusive) before the date of departure: 50% of the total amount of the booking;
• in the event of cancellation from the 21st day (inclusive) up to the 14th day (exclusive) before the date of departure: 60% of the total amount of the booking;
• in the event of cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) up to the 5th day (exclusive) before the date of departure: 85% of the total amount of the booking;
• in the event of cancellation from 5 days (inclusive) up to the date of departure: 90% of the total amount of the booking;
• in the event of cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full amount of the booking.
