Changing your stay or cancel your stay free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, provided if one of the following conditions applies:

• If you are not allowed to leave your country. 
• If you are not allowed into Portugal. 
• There is a negative travel advice for the Algarve for your government.
• When you have to quarantine up on arrival or back home. 
• You or one of your fellow travellers have tested positive for Covid-19. (A positive test result must be presented for cancellation).
